Poconos Boys Lacrosse & Leadership Summer Camp

48 Pocono Spring Way East Stroudsburg, PA

Campers will enjoy Pocono Spring Camp lacrosse fields, beautiful scenery, and on-site lake featuring a number of fun activities. The waterfront area features a dock, stand-up paddle boards, kayaks, canoes, and more! In addition to cooling off in the lake water, campers can take canoes and fishing poles to catch some of the local fish.

Camp is open to boys ages 10 to 16 at all ability levels. Each camper will be assessed and grouped with campers of similar age and ability levels. Adjustments to the groups may be made throughout the week to provide campers with opportunities to train with and compete against different players. Drills and games are designed to help each camper learn, improve, and have fun!

7:30 am – Breakfast
8:30 am – Camp meeting to outline daily goals, coaches speech, & reflections on the day
9:00 am – Individualized skills training footwork, situational & spatial awareness, situational dodging mechanics, sliding, positioning
11:00 am – Position-specific training focused on special awareness & team dynamics
12:00 pm – Lunch
1:00 pm – Leadership activity, small group activities, review Quote of the Day, daily inspirational videos
3:00 pm – Outdoor games, lake swimming, pool games, cabin games
5:00 pm – Dinner
6:00 pm – Evening scrimmages & games, 7v7 – clear, ride & full field, scrimmages, camp championship
7:30 pm – Evening leadership activity, daily inspirational guest speakers, camper reflections, Q&A panel with staff & speakers

Your child can expect to receive individualized lacrosse training and a superior curriculum — regardless of his age or ability level. The team at Lax & Leadership Camps want young lacrosse players to improve in every aspect of their game. This is why our camp directors focus on individual skill development while incorporating drills, scrimmages, and leadership skills that emphasize teamwork.


In addition to the leadership development sessions, players will work through a number of Skill Clinics. These lacrosse clinics are designed for players based on their position:
